Customer service was excellent. Cabinets were beautiful and easy to put together. Instructions not great, but plenty of online videos to help, and pretty easy to figure out. Love the soft close drawers; high quality. So pleased with these cabinets.
Cabinets are great and assembled easily with some clamps. Jaleesa Griffin and Travis McCaig were very helpful with my order and design questions.
I absolutely love the quality of my beautiful kitchen cabinets...but you can buy beautiful cabinets anywhere. The difference here is the customer service, from design through shipping and even afterwards. I cannot say enough about the people behind the product!

This was my 5th kitchen using RTA. Love the fact everything is soft close. Good quality cabinets but assembly instructions could be written a little better. Even with experience you have to figure out what's what. Overall I recommend them for a nice looking kitchen.

Nice quality cabinets for the price
We ordered our cabinets from the Hopewell Junction store. Karen was such an amazing help and made the whole process a great experience. It's a lot of money to spend, but she made it fun and comfortable. Her personality was just so good, we had complete confidence that we were in good hands. We can't thank her enough.
