The Unfinished Shaker cabinets are for the ultimate DIY'er looking to personalize their home cabinets. These cabinets come unfinished and unsealed, ready to be painted or stained to match any decor style. It's important to note that while these cabinets are delivered unfinished, they are meant to be finished before installation, not left in their raw state. To ensure the best possible finish, it is recommended to blow any dust off the cabinetry and parts, with an air gun after delivery, prior to staining or painting. This preparation step helps to achieve a smooth and professional-looking finish on the cabinets.

If installed directly against a wall or deeper cabinet/appliance, 1/4" space is recommended, scribe molding can be installed between the cabinet and the wall (or deeper cabinet), if needed. If not, the door may not be able to open a full 90 degrees. A larger space may be needed depending on the decorative hardware used on the cabinets. The cabinet depth measurement listed is the depth from the front of the face frame to the back of the cabinet, and does not include the cabinet door depth.
