After a disappointing event with a different company with lower pricing I returned to you folks, spoke with Kelsey and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service she provided. Service and quality are what make your business stand out from the rest...Kelsey is great at keeping me informed. She promptly answered and questions I had, Kelsey is also sympathetic to an issue we had with a different company. I tend to be too trusting, I grew up learning if you give someone your word, you stick by it and follow through. I tend to live life that way and sometimes it bites me. Thank you for the quality of service and customer awareness that is missing in many businesses today!

- Our customer answered: Through the RTA store I am able to get all wood cabinets at a fraction of cost when compared to brand name DIY stores. I was quoted over $16,000 for very similar cabinets at Home Depot. I was able to make the entire purchase PLUS extras such as toe kick and crown molding all for $3500 DELIVERED TO HOUSE. Anxious to see the product after it arrives.
