- Our customer answered: I like the quick response from Kara Ackerman whom we worked with the kitchen design and all the emails back and forth with questions that we had during the deign period. I did email other places but the poor customer service I received from other places made me stay with the RTA Store. The pricing and the discounts along with the free design service plus the high quality of the kitchen cabinets justified this purchase.\n \n I think Kara Ackerman deserves a raise!!!!!!!\n She even answered my questions over the weekend.
